Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours to reward a refund. To cancel your order please contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please inspect your products before use. If for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, we will cheerfully refund the full purchase price of a product immediately upon request not including shipping (customized products excluded). You must contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item.
We will never, knowingly, disappoint you. We take great care to provide you with only the very best product possible.
Our mistake? We will reprint and reship your order at no expense to you if there were errors or misprints at our fault.
Your mistake? We ask that you carefully proofread all text when placing your order and that you review all e-mail confirmations containing important information about your order. We attempt to proofread orders for grammar, spelling, and completeness, but we cannot guarantee that we catch every error. If we print your words that contain an error, we will work with you to reprint your order and offer any available discounts.
Please understand that we cannot issue refunds on custom printed products due to customer typos, omissions, etc.
